As a general rule, please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing online orders plus shipping. Shipping timeframes will vary dependent on destination.

LockSmart Central’s online shop is covered by a full 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All products purchased from LockSmart Central’s online shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described below, helping ensure customer satisfaction is delivered on every purchase.

LockSmart Central accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase if the LockSmart Central product was purchased directly from LockSmart Central. If the LockSmart Central product was purchased from a retailer of LockSmart Central products, you should contact that retailer.

To request a return, you must contact customer support and provide your a) original order number, b) payment method, c) item/s to be returned and d) reason for return.

All details are required for processing. LockSmart Central will verify your return is being made within the 30-day return period. Once your return request’s order number is verified, LockSmart Central will send you an email inclusive of your RMA number and instructions for the return. In no event will LockSmart Central accept any shipment that is sent C.O.D.

LockSmart Central cannot accept returned LockSmart Central products in packages without an RMA number. You must clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package containing your LockSmart Central product.

Returning a LockSmart Central product without an RMA number waives all of LockSmart Central’s responsibilities under the return policy, even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match your purchase with the returned LockSmart Central product. If you send us a package without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, you understand and acknowledge that you will lose both the LockSmart Central product(s) in the package as well as any applicable refund you would have received under the return policy.

When returning the LockSmart Central product to LockSmart Central, you must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with the return information when available. As part of the requirements for this Return Policy, the returned LockSmart Central product must be received by us (at the address specified in the return instructions we provide you via email with your RMA number), in original and resalable condition and in the original packaging. A full description of why you are returning the LockSmart Central product must be included.

For approved returns, LockSmart Central will refund to you the purchase price you paid for the returned LockSmart Central product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the credit card you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (which are non-refundable) and less a 15% restocking fee. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
